get

Its 2am and there is still a will to get things off my chest. This was done to get out of here but I don't seem to be moving. In the words of Peter Gabriel - 'you gatta get in to get out'. I have got in and got out on many occasions and it the best cure for anything. If you don't like something threaten to love it and it sonn upst sticks and moves on. The reason is simple once you can accept you love it you have learned so off you go tho the next lesson. Be warned you have to do it genuinely for it to work.

Give me a break we all need one.

Never has so much meant so little.

Again I will tell a blatent lie. I am working on examples of escaping. So is my dog. Help Help I'm being oppressed by my own intellectual aptitude for the absurd. Soon snippets from my experiences from meditation will be posted weekly if I come down from the ceiling in time.

This is my dogs insight

There are always more smells than you thought there were.
